We stay small in order to do big things.

Jack Bransfield
by any means necessary.

Jack Bransfield

Jack has been building iOS apps since the announcement of the original iPad in 2010. His technical expertise spans the iOS frameworks, from multithreaded database access with Core Data, to custom 2d and 3d animated interfaces using Core Animation and Scene Kit, and many more in between.

He has worked on apps with millions of users that have been featured on the App Store, for clients including some of the best known brands in broadcasting, healthcare, insurance, and sports.

Jack is also a licensed architect, and this background drives his conviction that design and engineering must always work closely together to produce the best work.

He earned a B.A. from the University of Michigan and an M.Arch. from the Harvard Graduate School of Design.

David Jacobson
simple ain’t so simple.

David Jacobson

David has been designing for paper and screen for the past 17 years. A true medium agnostic, David champions the idea that all design is a problem to be solved. Whether working with post-producers to bring motion graphics design to screen, or noodling letter-spacing, his projects have ranged in scale from individual icons to broad extensions of identity systems.

He has designed and art directed communications for a wide range of clients including: Cinemax, Pfizer, American Express, New York Magazine, Fidelity, Mattel, Charles Schwab, Chronicle Books, Simon and Schuster, Timber Press, Medtronic, The Medicines Company, and Allianz. He earned a B.F.A. from Carnegie Mellon University.
